Challenge - Highlight that music therapy can improve mental and physical well-being for individuals suffering with anxiety, especially the ‘anxious generation’ (young adults), that feel as if they are voiceless in an overcrowded and oversaturated world. Goal - Music lowers cortisol levels in our bodies, meaning it literally reduces our stress. Block - But most people don’t know this, meaning they don’t know how helpful music therapy actually can be. Insight - Music is hardwired to help us.
solution
Get - Anxious and stressed young adults. Who - Aren’t aware of the benefits music therapy can bring them. To - Look into music therapy, try it out themselves, or even donate to help others. By - Educating them on using the power of music to feel better. The Big Idea - When the World’s Too Loud It's no secret that life can be stressful, it can often be the biggest cause of anxiety for many. But music? It's there for us to listen, pause and reflect on the world around us. Music understands.
